Reports and insight
You have instant visibility of which personnel are in a given zone and how long they have been there. Various reports, such as those showing the access permissions of an individual, are also easily accessible.
Time tracking
The time tracking module ensures accurate control and efficient allocation of hours to projects and categories. Supervisors can view clock-ins for their personnel and quickly and intuitively distribute hours. All changes are logged and tracked.
Integrations
InfoTrack can be integrated with various systems, such as access control management, retrieval of personnel lists from HR systems (e.g., SAP), and the transfer of timesheets for billing and follow-up.
Visitors and license plate recognition
To ensure control of visitors and vehicles entering and exiting the facility, InfoTrack includes a dedicated visitor registration module. Visitors can easily register via mobile devices, optionally including the license plate number of the vehicle entering the site. Facility managers receive notifications and can approve requests directly from their mobile devices. Integration with ANPR cameras enables automatic gate opening and full traceability of vehicles and personnel.
Competence management
InfoTrack includes a dedicated module for competence management. This module can be integrated with existing HR systems, or information about roles, competency requirements, courses, and certifications can be managed directly within the module.
Card production
Access cards can be produced directly from the solution. Different layouts (e.g., for permanent employees and contractors) can be configured, photos can be taken directly within the system using a webcam, and cards with the required information can be printed on standard card printers.
