Bookinger and guest list
The booking list provides a complete overview of current guests, arrivals, departures, leaves, and waiting lists. Creating bookings is quick and easy, and for group bookings, guests and rooms can be assigned in bulk to a single booking.
Webbooking
A dedicated module allows booking requests to be distributed to coordinators at the customer’s site, freeing up time in the camp. These requests can then be easily processed and imported by the booking manager
Guest portal
A dedicated guest portal provides tailored information for each rig in the camp. Guests log in using their booking number and a one-time code, giving them full access to details about their stay.
Key cabinets and electronic Locks
The guest portal is integrated with electronic key cabinets and electronic locks. Guests can access their rooms (and other areas) directly through the guest portal, eliminating the need to visit the reception or install a separate app. Key cabinets can be scaled to match the size of the camp.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaners can easily access tasks to be performed in the camp. Tasks are flexibly configured per contract and are automatically generated based on the status of rooms and bookings in the camp. Housekeepers and reception managers have easy access to task and room statuses and are notified when a task is completed.
Invoicing
The system provides a complete overview of all overnight stays, calculated prices, and any items or tasks to be invoiced. Reports for invoicing are easily created and can be sent to ERP systems for automatic invoice generation.
